We were approached by a client with a bold vision to create an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that combined modern aesthetics with functional living spaces. The client wanted to transform an unused area of their property into a stylish, self-contained unit that could serve as a guesthouse or rental property.

With this in mind, our team took on the project with a commitment to delivering a sleek, contemporary ADU that would enhance the value and appeal of the property.

The renovation began with the installation of premium flooring, chosen for its durability and modern design. We then moved on to framing and hanging drywall, ensuring a flawless finish that would serve as the perfect backdrop for the ADU's contemporary style. Modern lighting was installed throughout the space, providing both functionality and ambiance. To maximize the unit’s utility, we carefully designed an entire restroom and installed custom cabinets in the kitchen that offered ample storage without compromising on the clean, minimalist aesthetic.
